Some chart collections download only to one type of device or computer, others are more flexible.
Make sure your paper data coordinates format equals the Fugawi Marine 5 coordinates choice in File | Settings | Units.

On some Raymarine plotters, there are number limits to how many waypoints or routes or tracks that may stored and imports of .FSH files may be restricted by those limits. Fugawi Marine 5's .FSH file export may have particular data items that cannot be fully represented within the plotter.

Select any or all waypoints and route data items in the Data Library, right-click them, choose Export from the context menu. The data appears in a container dialog. Click the Save button to name the file and store it in a desired drive.
Right-click on any folder in the Waypoints library, select New Waypoint. This creates an auto-named waypoint with latitude 0 / longitude 0. In the Location column of this waypoint, click the right-edge drop-down box to expose the editable Latitude and Longitude boxes. The waypoint's name and icon graphic may be customized as well.
Fugawi Marine 5 makes use of a wide range of NMEA 2000 program group numbers (PGNs) that feed data to various graphical gauges, boat position data, AIS display data, etc. The PGNs supported expands as the software continues to be developed.
To see the Windows 7 / 8.1 / 10 Device Manager, press the Windows logo key + X, then click Device Manager. The Ports (COM & LPT) branch (if present) lists various serial communications ports (physical or virtual) listed by number and with names that often indicate what hardware the port is communicating with.
Running Fugawi Marine 5, or Voyage Planner, or other software in Administator Mode sometimes works around various problems such as immediate crashes on software launch. It is a right-click option in any verison of Windows, though the exact menu to select admin mode varies a little.
