Find an email or take a screen image of your Google Play in-app purchase of a chart, overlay, or weather product for iNavX and email that to support@x-traverse.com. The product will then be manually added to your Fugawi.com account. And that will allow iNavX to see the chart title and let you download it.

When you activate a Navionics chart collection to iNavX, you only see chart details for the regions you actually download. If you do not see chart details, either you have not downloaded what you need or your are far, far outside the overall chart collection boundaries. Go back to the main chart list, download what you need.

Only Navionics vector charts have depth soundings / depth contour numbers written to the screen "on the fly", freshly redraw at any given scale and the measurement unit used can be toggled on demand.

For raster charts, it is impossible to change the graphics of numbers embedded, pixel by pixel, in the static image of the chart.

If all you see in iNavX is a highly generalized world chart without any details at all, tap on the menu Charts | My Charts | {{your subscribed chart title}} | {{any particular chart}} or tap Charts | Store and select any chart title previously bought via the iTunes Store in-app purchase method. The only other charts (included for free and by default) are USA NOAA raster charts under Charts | My Charts.

Customers sometimes report an object in a Navionics chart does not present information about that specific object when tap-querying it. This is generally the result of an imprecise finger tap. There are very rare instances in which a Navionics chart discrepancy report needs to be filed for a lack of data, or wrong data, describing an object's properties.

In iNavX 5.0.5, from the World Chart screen, tap Charts, then Account and then enter your Fugawi.com email and password (formerly X-Traverse.com). Return to the Charts screen and select My Charts, then tap Explorer Chartbooks Bahamas. Select the Quilted Charts option and answer Yes to the prompt to activate charts. Back on the main screen, pan and zoom to the geographic area of the Bahamas area, continue zooming in to particular islands. Whatever chart tiles download at a given scale are cached for future off-line use.

Though other chart brands may allow their product to download to both iPad and iPhone for the same purchase, this is not the case with the Navionics branded products re-sold by Fugawi.com. You need to buy another subscription specifically for the other hardware target device.

  • Bought Navionics for iPad? Then please purchase a second time for the iPhone version.

The best, most reliable way to get weather forecasts on iNavX is either a paid Theyr Weather subscription or fetching free GRIB weather via email (see "Method 2", below).

Otherwise, tap the iNavX 5 menu tab MoreGRIB | Request GRIB. After a wait time, either an email arrived with the weather forecast attached or X-Traverse acts as the middle man and puts the GRIB weather forecast in a queue waiting for iNavX to retrieve. Tap Import GRIB; in the list of forecast time ranges, select the hour range you prefer. Then view that weather forecast overlaying a regional view of the given chart.

In iNavX 4, the menu path was Forecast tab | Request GRIB and the remainder of the process is more-or-less as described in detail below.

If your chart subscriptions are truly expired, renew them. And when configuring iNavX 5.0.5, avoid inputting a Fugawi.com password with punctuation characters. If none of that applies, contact us for assessing how to link the subscription to an intended device / computer.

A password with punctuation characters such as ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( / ,  etc. may trigger a chart product activation failure -- even though the password is perfectly acceptable for general fugawi.com account access. The solution is the same as variant error messages and fix explained in article 'Unable to activate...' or 'Please upgrade...' error when trying to activate charts for first time download -- iNavX.
