After buying a chart you pull the file for download, charts do not automatically push to software

That's how it works... you need to start a download inside your charting software. X-Traversre never "automagically" pushes charts to any destination.
Thanks for purchasing charts from X-Traverse. Now its time for you to "pull the trigger". Our system does not force push data to anyone's mobile device or computer -- that would be intrusive, don't you think? The X-Traverse system is a "pull" system, not push. Follow the instructions for downloading charts given on the product page for your subscribed chart collection. In the email receipt you received for your X-Traverse product, a web link takes you to the product page of that chart and that page tells you, step by step, how to start the download of charts files.
