Lighthouse Manager app error 'Download Status: Download has halted due to loss of network connection'

This error may be accurately pointing out a slow or unstable Internet connection preventing a chart file download. Or it may be indicative of an issue with the deployment of files on the charts.raymarine.com chart server.


 

If you get the "Download Status: Download has halted due to loss of network connection" error, try another Internet router with a connection to a different Internet provider.

If the Lighthouse Manager error message continues, contact support@charts.raymarine.com and quote this error message. Steps will be taken to address the possible issues on the charts.raymarine.com server, we will get back to you and ask you to attempt the download again.
